By virtue of our machinery, knowledge and expertise, we offer both special production and subcontractor work.
Since 1946, we have been producing and delivering solutions that make work easier for crafts, agriculture and industry. We supply wheelbarrows, sack trucks, warehouse and heavy duty trolleys, powered trolleys and other types of transport equipment to all over the world.
Our products are all made from carefully selected quality materials and are Danish produced based on ideas of ergonomics, quality, user-friendliness and durability. The entire production takes place at our factory in Denmark.
By virtue of our machinery, knowledge and expertise, we offer both special production and subcontractor work. In collaboration with you, we offer a finished product where we take part in the development. We can also make a product according to your wishes. If it is one part or more parts for a product, we can also handle it. We can also help with the process around CE approval, testing etc.
Regardless of the size of the project, every product is treated by our team of specialists who ensures that your product gets off to a good start. We perform work within Co2 welding on robots, point welding on robots, hydraulic pressing, tube bending, powder coating and punching.
At Ravendo, we can easily adjust our production into developing and launching new products in short time. The secret is a close collaboration regarding new product ideas between our departments and you as a customer.
The majority of our products is welded, so we have extensive experience within this field. We always work with high precision and care. Our large selection in the welding department means that we are extremely flexible within welding tasks. Our robots can take items up to 2000 mm, and our point welding robot can handle items up to 3000 mm.
Our press department consists of 4 large presses. We have a myriad of tools for presses, but if there is a need for tool making, we can handle it too.
With a myriad of tools, our press brakes bend items with high precision. We have extensive experience in processing and bending steel, because the majority of our product range is edge-pressed.
Our punching machines can press, cut and clamp with great precision. Our production has many years of experience in the field. If there is a need to punch very large items, our hydraulic presses can handle most things.
Several of our products are bent in tubes. Our selection of tube benders is large, and we can bend almost anything in tubes. The largest machine can take tubes up to 4200 mm.
Our painting system can paint in all RAL colors, and the item is ready for use immediately. The products come through the plant and are painted with rust-protective paint that is strong and durable.
