Ravendo products are created to be used continuously. Our products have a large load capacity that can withstand carrying heavy items from A to B repeatedly. Therefore, it is a requirement that all our products can withstand daily use and repeated loads.
It places great demands on both quality, design and materials. In order to achieve and maintain the high quality, we regularly carry out thorough tests of all our products.
This way, we make sure that you get a product in top quality, designed and manufactured to high standards.
By testing and checking on an ongoing basis, we get the best basis for further developing and optimizing our products and solutions. This way we are always able to offer a carefully selected range of quality products.

2-YEAR
WARRANTY
A 2-year warranty is given on our non-Danish-produced products. The warranty period is stated on the product label and can always be found on www.ravendo.com under the product page.
The 2 year warranty period only covers defects in material and manufacturing*.
The warranty does not cover defects due to: Normal wear and tear and deterioration; Inadequate maintenance; Improper use of the product, including overload; Changes in the product, including the use of non-original spare parts as well as unauthorised repair attempts.
* The warranty does not cover parts such as pans, screws, bolts, rubber strips, wheels and other spare parts that are expected to have a shorter service life than the warranty period.

Warranty provisions for powered products
Our product range within electrical products is developed and produced to load many kilos and move large items repeatedly. The products are subject to strict requirements in order to withstand daily use and repeated heavy loads.
Should you unexpectedly still experience that an electrical product has faults or defects in material and manufacturing, we provide a 2-year guarantee on defects and defects in material and manufacturing*.
Warranty provisions especially for steering, engine, battery and tension spring
For steering, motor and battery mounted on our electrical products and for tension springs mounted on The Tile Lifter Trolley, we provide a 1-year warranty against defects in manufacturing and material.
The warranty does not apply if the part is exposed to hard shocks, water, vandalism, unauthorized repair attempts, improper and improper use in accordance with the instructions for use, as well as defects and defects due to normal wear and tear; inadequate maintenance and use of non-original spare parts.
